Joe Rogan has shared footage online which appears to show the final bell being rung too early in Anthony Joshua's defeat against Oleksandr Usyk.
Joshua was well and truly outclassed at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with Usyk producing a boxing clinic to dethrone the unified heavyweight champion on his home turf.
The Ukrainian almost stopped AJ in the 12th and final round, unleashing a barrage of punches that left his crestfallen opponent out on his feet.
Fortunately for Joshua, the final bell sounded to spare him what would have been a disastrous end to the fight, and Usyk prevailed on the cards thanks to judges scores of 117-112, 116-112, 115-113.
However, UFC commentator Rogan has reposted footage on Instagram which suggests he should have had a few seconds longer to finish the job in round 12.
The clip, which comes from DAZN's live broadcast of the fight, shows the clock ticking down to the final eight seconds before it is removed from the screen.

But a mere three seconds later, the bell sounds to save Joshua from any further punishment and a potential stoppage.
Rogan reposted the footage from another Instagram user, who had shared it with the caption: "Great fight. @usykaa performed brilliantly. As I saw on @frankboxingcoach if you count down the seconds you can see they rang the bell 5 seconds early? Was it to save AJ? Very strange?"

The American podcast host and presenter then shared it on his profile and asked his 13 million followers: "Did they really ring the bell for the last round early?"
Joshua was very fortunate to hear that final bell, having taken serious punishment from a masterful Usyk in the championship rounds of the contest.
Tyson Fury had serious doubts about Anthony Joshua before Oleksandr Usyk fight
The judges' scorecards showed the fight was very much still up for grabs after eight rounds, but Usyk stamped his authority on proceedings in the last four to cruise to victory.
He is now a two-weight world champion after also capturing all four belts down at cruiserweight, cementing his position as one of the best pound-for-pound fighters on the planet.
