Logan Paul says KSI punches harder than Floyd Mayweather – "not a competition"

Controversial content creator Logan Paul declared KSI can punch harder than Floyd Mayweather.

In the space of a few years, YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul went from fighting KSI to clashing with Mayweather.

With the odds stacked against him, Paul survived eight rounds with ‘Money’ Mayweather and the bout ended in a draw.

Paul is currently in the UK and he appeared on TrueGeordie’s podcast, the Pain Game. On the show, the American was asked how KSI truly measured up in the ring when compared to one of the greatest boxers in history.

While Mayweather is considered to be one of the best boxers of all time, Logan was asked how he matched up with his previous opponent, KSI.

The two also rewatched highlights from the exhibition bout that took place in June at the Hard Rock Stadium, adding insight and analysis throughout.

Once they were in the swing of things, TrueGeordie asked Paul to choose between his two former opponents in terms of who has a stronger punch – and the YouTuber replied without hesitation.

“KSI for sure, for sure, not even a competition,” Paul said.

“Mayweather has clean shots, and I was like cool, good job. KSI, I was like keep me away from those hands.”

While the comments seem outlandish and controversial, KSI is taller and heavier than the former champion which could explain Paul’s remark.

In the aftermath of his clash with Mayweather, rumours swirled that the American allowed Paul to stay in the fight in order to earn more money with some video clips even suggesting he held up Paul’s limp body.

However, the 44-year-old quashed those rumours after the fight.

Logan’s younger brother Jake Paul is taking the boxing world by storm, and he is linked with Tonmy Fury for a showdown fight after the American beat former UFC champion Tyron Woodley.

The win over Woodley followed victories against online content creator AnEsonGib, former NBA star Nate Robinson and retired UFC welterweight Ben Askren in his other professional boxing bouts.
