Terri Harper may be sharing the bill with her idol Katie Taylor again tonight – but she still wants to share the ring with her soon.
The WBC super-featherweight champion defends her title against Norwegian Katharina Thanderz at Wembley Arena.
While top of the bill is Irish ace Taylor who defends her four lightweight belts against Spaniard Miriam Gutierrez.
But 24-year-old Yorkshire hero Harper is ready to move up in weight if she got a chance to face the woman she grew up idolising.
Harper said: “I am focussing on this fight and not getting too carried away.
“But a dream of mine is to one day share the ring with Katie, why not fight the best out there?
“I just want to share the ring with one of the greatest women.”
Taylor herself is open to offers as 34-year-old unbeaten Irishwoman has no plans to hang up her gloves any times soon.
“I don't like putting any limits on myself,” Taylor said.
“I have no plans to retire any time soon, that's for sure. I hope I'm involved in huge fights for years to come.”
Natasha Jonas will be an interested spectator from home tonight as she drew with Harper last time out and lost to Taylor at the 2012 Olympics.
The Liverpool fighter would be open to fighting either of her former foes.
