Chelsea were left frustrated by Southampton with the Blues dominating possession but creating few chances.
Takumi Minamino put the hosts ahead on the south coast through Southampton’s first chance, leaving Liverpool fans understandably excited.
Chelsea drew level early in the second half with Mason Mount scoring from the penalty spot following a foul from Danny Ings.
But Thomas Tuchel’s side created very little for the rest of the 90 minutes despite having over 70 per cent of the possession throughout the match.
And Daily Star Sport have rated the players with the Blues still hanging on to their fourth-place in the Premier League.
