Liverpool fans were convinced that Jurgen Klopp had lost the plot after a bizarre substitution in the FA Cup final on Saturday.
Liverpool claimed their second silverware of the season when they overcame Chelsea, for the second time in a cup final. Luis Diaz was a constant threat for the Reds, but with Liverpool still needing a goal, Klopp decided to hook him.
And Reds fans were left scratching their heads at the German, with one even claiming he had 'lost the plot' due to the substitution. Luckily, for Klopp, it all ended in smiles as the Reds lifted the trophy.
One fan tweeted: "Klopp has lost the plot, Diaz is probably the only threat upfront who has been causing trouble and you take him off!"
"Mad decision to take Luis Diaz off! That is my only criticism. [It] all worked out in the end. What a baller! PFA Player of the year next season," another added.
While a third tweeted: "Taking Diaz off for Firmino might be the worse sub Klopp has ever done in charge of Liverpool."

Diaz had come close to opening the scoring during the first half, during a period of Liverpool pressure, but his shot bounced off the outside of the post.
Klopp said after the game: "What a boy what a story what a player but he should have scored! He agrees probably. The speed he has is insane…He gets our football 100 per cent.
"We thought we saw that at Porto. He fits like a glove to our football and that’s really really special."
