Liverpool wonderkid plays pass ‘filthier than porn king’s bookshelf’ in 4-1 rout

A Liverpool wonderkid played a pass 'filthier than a porn king's bookshelf' in their 4-1 rout over AC Milan.

Teenage midfielder Bobby Clark sent Darwin Nunez through on goal with a stunning drilled through ball to set the Uruguayan up to score one of his two goals in the friendly victory. The Uruguayan ran onto the pass from the 17-year-old, who is the son of former Newcastle United winger Lee Clark, before calmly slotting the ball past the goalkeeper.

Reds fans have been quick to react to the pass on social media, with one even making a joke involving Scouse porn baron Paul Raymond.

“That pass was filthier than Paul Raymond’s book shelf," tweeted one supporter. Raymond was a famous strip club owner and pornography publisher from Liverpool, who owned Men Only, Escort, Club International and Mayfair magazines.

Another fan commented: “What a ball by Clark.” A third supporter also wrote: “Pass is outrageous.”

One more added: “This pass is top class though.” Another hailed Clark as they tweeted: “This might be my favourite pass I’ve ever seen.”

Clark joined Liverpool's academy 2021, signing from his dad's former club Newcastle. He made his professional debut against Bournemouth back in August and the England youth international has gone on to play one more time.

The highlight reel assist came in a comfortable friendly victory for Jurgen Klopp's side against the Italian champions as they prepare to return to competitive action.

Mohamed Salah and Thiago Alcantara were on the scoresheet in the first half before Nunez grabbed a brace in the final 10 minutes as Liverpool bounced back from a 3-1 loss to Lyon on Sunday.

Alexis Saelemaekers had equalised for Milan shortly before the half hour mark, although it proved to only be a consolation goal. Milan did go on to win the penalty shootout after the match 4-3.

The Premier League is set to return on Boxing Day, with Liverpool visiting Aston Villa. Ahead of that, though, they take on Manchester City in the League Cup round of 16.
