Anthony Martial's agent is working on a transfer that could see the French forward move back to his homeland to join Paris Saint-Germain before the end of the transfer window.
Jorge Mendes is reportedly negotiating with PSG to seal a deal to take Martial to the French capital on the final day of the summer window.
Martial has featured in all three of Manchester United's opening Premier League matches, but has started just once and was reduced to an 18 minute cameo off the bench in Sunday's win over Wolves.
Mendes was also involved in the deal that took Martial to Old Trafford from Monaco six years ago.
According to Real Madrid fan magazine, Madridista Real, Mendes is negotiating with all parties on a potential transfer for Martial from United to PSG.
However, the deal is thought to be complicated with United not interested in selling Martial, the same stance they held when Inter Milan made an approach earlier in the summer.
Mendes was also the key negotiator in Martial's £54million transfer to Old Trafford as a 19-year-old back in 2015.
It is unclear whether PSG's reported pursuit of Martial will have an impact on the future of Kylian Mbappe, with Real Madrid awaiting a response from PSG with regards to their approach for the French forward.
Madrid currently view any deal for Mbappe as very difficult at present according to Madridista Real, with the clock ticking towards the transfer deadline.
Martial has three years left on his contract at Old Trafford with United holding the option to extend the deal for an extra year through to 2025.
He has featured in all three of the club's matches this season, reiterating the notion that he remains a part of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's plans.
However, despite starting the draw away to Southampton, he was reduced to a combined 33 minutes off the bench in the wins over Leeds United and Wolves.
